Booking Terms & Conditions at rentaboatserbia.rs
Booking & Deposit
To confirm a boat reservation through rentaboatserbia.rs, a deposit of 20% of the total rental price is required. The deposit secures your selected date and time, while the remaining balance is payable on the day of the cruise unless otherwise agreed.
Booking Confirmation
Once your deposit has been received, you will receive a booking confirmation containing the main details of your reservation, including the selected boat, date, cruise duration, and boarding location. Please review the information carefully and contact us if any changes are required.
Changing Your Booking
If you wish to change your booking date, departure time, or rental duration, please contact us as early as possible. Subject to boat availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms depend on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled departure date.
- If weather conditions make it unsafe to cruise, your reservation may be rescheduled to another available date or your deposit may be refunded.
- If the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled cruise, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If the reservation is cancelled one day before the scheduled cruise, the client is required to pay 80% of the total rental price.
- If the reservation is cancelled on the day of the scheduled cruise, the client is required to pay 100% of the total rental price.
Bad Weather Conditions
The safety of our guests and crew is always our highest priority. If weather conditions such as strong winds, storms, or other adverse circumstances make cruising unsafe, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the cruise.
In such cases, we will work with you to arrange a suitable alternative date. If no alternative date is suitable, your deposit may be refunded.
What's Included in the Price?
Unless otherwise stated on the individual boat page, the rental price includes a professional skipper and fuel for the agreed cruising route. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks on board at no additional charge.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are required to follow the skipper's instructions and comply with all onboard safety rules throughout the cruise. The skipper reserves the right to modify or terminate the cruise if guest behavior, weather conditions, or any other circumstances compromise safety.
Damage to the Boat
If the boat, its equipment, or onboard inventory is damaged due to guest negligence during the rental period, the client may be held responsible for the repair or replacement costs.
Additional Services
Upon request, we can arrange additional services such as catering, beverages, ice, decorations, a DJ, a photographer, or other special arrangements. Unless otherwise stated, these services are not included in the standard rental price and are charged separately.
